I Joined Wealthy Affiliate on 13 Nov 2015 and by 22 Nov 2015 I have my website up and running. This is all Thanks to Wealthy Affiliate, for providing me with the online training for creating, running and maintaining my website.
Wealthy Affiliate is really helpful if you are a complete newbie when it comes to using a computer. If you are already tech-savvy then WA is not for you. You will be better of learning from youtube videos. In fact, what they teach you at WA is very good theoretically but not practically. The WA community is very helpful when it comes to solving your problems but a waste of time when it comes to monetary helping you out (you cannot promote your business in WA, you will get banned.)
If you are only looking to create an e-commerce website, then other options like webs.com or other sites will be better. In fact, Webs.com will take care of the SEO ranking for a small fee.
The biggest drawback I faced after joining WA is paying the $50 monthly fee. When I realised that I am not gaining as much as I am paying monthly, I decided to stop my membership. I wanted to change the hosting service of my website to another cheaper host or a free host but WA did not let me. All my efforts of 1 year creating my website gone down the drain. That is why join WA, only if you are good at sales and marketing.
NOTE: You will not get any help from your relatives and friends once you start marketing your website. They will either ignore you or make excuses. You will then realise who your actual wellwishers are. So do not jump into WA thinking that your family and friends circle is very big so you will get a lot of monetary encouragement.

Wealthy Affiliate charges $50 monthly for complete hands-on training as to how to earn money from products and services through special programs called “affiliate programs”.
These programs allow you to promote pretty much anything you can imagine without having to own or create the product yourself. No inventory. No shipping.
You send the traffic to the company website, they pay you a commission of up to 75% if your visitors buy something.
There are MILLIONS of products/services that you can promote as an affiliate. Once you understand how the “initial” process works and how to get traffic, there are MANY more ways in which you can make money from your website. Wealthy Affiliate teaches you all about the proper techniques to build, and scale your business.
If you have come across any Wealthy Affiliate review, you will realize it is possible to make money over the internet if you get the right advice and mentor-ship, especially from them. Unfortunately, most people learn the hard way, getting scammed along the way, becoming disheartened. The good news is that it does not have to be this way. Most of these programs attempt to milk you dry by demanding membership fees and monthly subscriptions yet they do not offer you the support you need especially when you need it.
